No, there is no limit on the amount of words or characters you can include in your stories.
We recommend shorter stories along 3 – 5 sentences as a way to help reduce the stress and anxiety around knowing what to say, as many people can get stuck overthinking their stories in the creation process. However, we strongly encourage and support members who are wanting to share more in-depth stories.
Adding more context around mental health stories is important in helping others to better support you or understand the struggles that you’re going through or on the other side, learn from the insights that you’ve gained and see how you’ve overcome challenges.
Either way, long or short stories, we’ll be there to support you!
