Helping you start and grow the conversation
Described by many as one of the safest spaces online to discuss mental health, our community prioritizes thoughtful responses, privacy, and resources to help you at any point of your journey. Many members have never talked about it before or share stories for the first time within our community.
It’s an authentic, honest space that’s safe to share and express yourself without any judgement around the realities of your challenges and wins — all aspects of our mental health. You can choose anonymity, keep your stories private within our community by default or opt-in to get your story featured publicly on our website to increase your impact. Plus, there’s no bots, sponsored posts or influencers.
You are the most important project of your life
The One Project is a journey to free your mind and find the light. Using photos, we can express more freely what is difficult to put into words and better connect with each other around difficult conversations or periods of our lives. It’s through this expression and connection that we realize we are not alone in our experiences and then insights are revealed that we can all learn, heal and grow from. It is a constant process that helps lead you to a better, more authentic version of yourself.

See the impact of one story
All of this started with one photo. We're here to help you take the first step in starting to talk and gain more confidence through authentic support and encouragement along the way. Every story told in our community makes an impact by contributing to our Story Library, helping other members and amplifying the insights you share to larger networks around the world in publications, exhibitions and more through our partnerships and member opportunities. One photo, one story, one insight can save a life.
