This member story was featured in a mental health exhibition in Malaysia titled Return To Light.

Took a trip to Sonora/Columbia, Ca. The drive was relaxful and beautiful. I made sure to soak in the scenery so when a negative thought comes to my mind I can take myself back to this calm peaceful happy place. Left all my stress n worries behind. Getting out in nature is a real good way to heal mentally, physically and emotionally. If u find urself stuck in the same routine everyday especially if ur inside too much try to switch it up and get out more often. You’d be surprised w the results on ur health. Mother nature is the best medicine is say.
