This member story was featured in a mental health exhibition in Malaysia titled Return To Light.

I love rain. It falls from the sky to the earth, evaporates and goes back to the sky. It reminds me that bad times will fall on me, and good times will always come back up. Panic attacks will come, and they will go. Rain is my comfort. It reminds me troubles will pass and life will go on. #wscrain

“Sometimes it’s the weirdest of things that calm us. You do you! Everyone has a different and unique journey, It’s how you rise above it that matters.”

“I can resonate strongly with you. Thanks for reminding that mother nature always brings the best gifts, you inspire people & that’s awesome.”
