No longer waiting, now I’m living ~ After so many painful, scary, sad, angry, confused years I think I’ve finally figured out 50% of this mental illness. That’s something to be proud of for me. I still have panic attacks just not as many and not as long, I still have anxiety but not as aggressive, I now notice that I get sad and thats new but I also am happy so that’s amazing~ ?
