Living with depression
Some days are not hard.
Some days are hard.
Some days are really hard.
Morning rituals help.
A gratitude journal is one of them.
Also, words of affirmation.
I chose this mug to remind myself early in the morning to think positive of myself.
Not just in appearance but also with inner beauty.
I need to add physical exercise to the list. Physical health issues arised in my 40’s.
Taking care of mental and physical health is important. Depression makes me not want to move but moving helps.
Some days, are harder than others so I read positive and helpful articles. I’m trying. Today, I’m having one of those days.
