Anxiety can often feel like walking in a very narrow and slippery snow path right next to a high and dangerous fall. You know you shouldn’t look down and you keep doing so, over and over. Thinking of the worst case scenario. I know it’s tough. Be gentle with yourself, take one day at a time, and decide if the positive outcome is worth fighting whatever mental battles it takes, life is made of challenges (although not short of beauty), and picking your fights will help reduce the weight you are already carrying.
