Stop and enjoy the moment no matter where you are at. Find the little things that make you take a long, deep breath of fresh air. These will be the files that you pull from your mind one day, just to remember the sweet aroma of nature, and the beautiful chirps like a symphony of sweet melodies. Yes my child, enjoy these moments!
(This was taken with a broken lens. The green compression you see on the right side is a leaf I held in front of the lens. We can make do with what we have.)

Here are some of the personal notes the attendees left for Susan!
“So much can be found when we slow to here & now.”
—
“Gratitude on things & people we have. Slow down, to see the flower & grass alongside the journey of life.”
—
“In the midst of darkness, light persists.”
—
“Do what you can, with what you have.” Don’t know who said this, but make a lot of sense when you get clueless. Sometimes, the next step is rather a small one.
—
“Just one dot of light in the dark is enough for you to rise, fight, survive and smile in the end.”
