When everyone’s living in black and white, we see each other in a different light!
These are lyrics from one of my favourite songs by three days grace, infa red. I find this verse to be so powerful because many of us are connected through mental health and many of us are disconnected with others because of our mental health not so much due to the fact we have it but to the fact that others may not be able to understand or be able to deal with it.
Many people that suffer indeed suffer alone because they feel no one understands them and they won’t be able to make some understand. That’s why places like The One Project are important, it’s a safe space where we are all connected and we can be here for each other in some shape or form because at the end of the day we see each other in the same light.
On a side note its a great time to have have fun with your photography and try out new tricks, all the things that you maybe feel you don’t have time for some days.
