This is my Pandora’s Box. A box that contains all the uncomfortable and distressing thoughts and emotions I’ve buried away. Throughout therapy I’ve come to recognize the presence of the box but am still afraid of dealing with what’s inside. To help make it seem a little less daunting I decided to create a literal box. It is my hope that by being able to pull out these thoughts and feelings one by one it might be less overwhelming.
