I could easily come up with a 12-foot list of things in life due to my mental illness and the events surrounding it that make me angry and depressed but I can and would way rather come up with a list twice as long of things I’m grateful for and that I love doing! It’s so easy to be in a negative space or get sucked back into one and sometimes it’s not as easy as just “think happy thoughts”. BUT over time you CAN change how you think and how you and your body responds.
